Will the POS really stay free?
Yes. Sign up during the launch offer and you keep the free POS permanently. The offer is limited.
How does Elyvent make money?
With at most 9.9% on payments your guests make via the Elyvent Code – negotiable, with volume discounts from €500 in payments per month. Cash and your own card terminal stay commission-free.
Do I need the Elyvent POS for table ordering?
No. Table ordering also runs on its own, alongside your existing POS: orders arrive as tickets in the kitchen and bar, and guests pay directly through Elyvent. You can add the Elyvent POS at any time.
Does Elyvent meet Austria's cash register rules (RKSV)?
Yes. Every receipt is signed, Elyvent creates the start, monthly and annual receipts automatically, and the data collection log (DEP) is archived every quarter. If the signature fails, the POS keeps working in outage mode. Elyvent guides you step by step through registering with FinanzOnline.
Which devices do I need?
A tablet, phone or PC with a browser and internet. For kitchen and bar tickets, a receipt printer connected via the Elyvent box.
Can I keep my Hobex terminal?
Yes. Elyvent sends the amount straight to your Hobex terminal. Your contract stays, and the money reaches your account as usual – with no Elyvent commission.
Do we lose the personal touch with guests?
No. Anyone who prefers to order from a waiter can do so as usual. Your team gains time for guests instead of running back and forth.
How does my menu get into Elyvent?
Upload it as a PDF, Word file or photo – Elyvent creates the items automatically. You can adjust prices, extras and categories yourself at any time.
